Returns

Any unopened product with security seal intact may be returned. Product must be undamaged. Maritime Cresting offers a limited guarantee, for damaged or defective products or allergenic reactions on a limited basis. This is limited to 30 days from date of purchase. Please note we are not responsible for items stolen from point of delivery, such as mail boxes or doorsteps. The security of your mailbox or delivery point is the customer’s responsibility.

 

We do not accept product returns on items marked as internet specials or sale items. Returns must be authorized by our office before a credit will be issued and will not be accepted with out a return authorization code number issued by us. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

 

Sale Items marked as internet specials are not returnable or refundable, these items are sold at or below cost and we can not receive manufacturer’s credits on these items, we pass the savings on to you. We do not refund shipping on refused orders. We do not sell products on a trial basis. We do not refund shipping on returns unless the order was incorrect on our part.

Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive your order.

 

All shipping fees can be located on the check out portion of the shopping cart before you can proceed to enter your credit card information. If you are not able to determine what you will be charged please call us Toll free 1-866-382-7378 for fast, friendly service. We do not mark up shipping fees; we charge exactly what we are charged by the manufacturers.

Taxes

For orders delivered in Canada, 7% GST will be added to your order.  Orders delivered in Ontario will have an additional 8% PST added to your order.  Orders delivered in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick will have an additional 8% HST added to your order.  There is no sales tax on USA or international orders.  You pay only the price listed.
